Mike Poledna, Founder - 360 Sales Growth

Founder & CEO

Mike is a sales veteran with 11 years spent as an individual contributor and 9 years at the executive sales leadership level. The majority of his career has been working with SaaS and technology companies ranging in size from start-up to Fortune 1000.

Prior to starting 360 Sales Growth, Mike was the Vice President of Sales for Netchemia, a K-12 education software provider. During his time at Netchemia the company doubled its revenue and was acquired by Vista Equity Partners.

In addition to 360 Sales Growth, Mike is an investor in the professional soccer club, Chattanooga FC as well as owns and operates Advantage Goalkeeping Academy with his son in Overland Park, KS and St. Augustine, FL.

Mike and his wife, Lacey have been married for 23 years and have two teenage children along with two French Bulldogs. They currently live in Overland Park, KS.

In her role at 360 Sales Growth, Lacey is responsible for all daily operations, administrative functions, billing, and client support.

Lacey and her co-founder husband, Mike have been together for 27 years and married for 23 years. They have four children - two teenagers and two French Bulldogs. They currently live in Overland Park, KS and eagerly anticipate their move to St. Augustine, Fl.
